This policy explains which personal data Facydex collects on www.facydex.com, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights. It applies in accordance with the regulations in force on the protection of personal data.
1. Data controller

2. Data collected and why
- Contact / quote request form: name, email address, project type, message and, if you answer, how you heard about Facydex. They are used only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual measures).
- Technical submission data: IP address and browser used, kept with the request to fight spam and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in securing the site.
- Audience measurement (only if you accept): pages viewed, visit duration, device type and approximate country, via Google Analytics with IP anonymisation. Legal basis: your consent.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
3. Retention period
- Contact requests: 3 years after the last exchange, then deleted.
- Audience measurement data: 14 months at most (Google Analytics setting).
- Cookie choices: 6 months, after which you are asked again.
4. Recipients and hosting
Your data is accessible only to authorised members of the Facydex team. It is processed by technical providers acting solely on our instructions: hosting of the site and its database on a dedicated server, email notifications (Google), storage of the site's images (Amazon Web Services) and, if you accept, Google Analytics. Some of these providers are located abroad; these transfers are limited to what is necessary and are covered by the safeguards set out in their contractual terms.
5. Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its processing, by writing to facydex@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also contact the competent personal data protection authority.
7. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to the administration area is protected by individual accounts, hashed passwords and login attempt limits.
