These terms govern the use of the www.facydex.com website. By browsing the site, you accept them.
1. Site publisher
The site is published by Facydex, a studio that designs and develops mobile apps, websites and software. Contact: facydex@gmail.com.
2. Purpose of the site
The site presents Facydex's services, its work and its clients' reviews, and lets you contact us about a project. It is free to access; connection costs remain the user's responsibility.
3. Quote requests
The information presented (plans, indicative timelines) is not contractually binding. A request sent through the form commits neither you nor Facydex. Any service is subject to a written quote and contract, which alone define the scope, price and timeline.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, visuals, logos, the Facydex brand, animations and the site's code are protected. Any full or partial reproduction or reuse without written permission is prohibited. The work presented remains the property of the respective clients and is shown with their consent.
5. Client reviews
Published reviews come from real Facydex clients and are shown with their consent. They can be removed at any time at their author's request.
6. Liability
We take care to ensure the accuracy of the information published and the availability of the site, without being able to guarantee them at all times. Facydex cannot be held liable for any interruption, error or damage related to the use of the site or of third-party sites it links to.
7. Acceptable use
It is forbidden to attempt unauthorised access to the administration area, to disrupt the operation of the site, or to use the contact form to send abusive or unsolicited messages.
8. Personal data and cookies
Their processing is described in our privacy policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Facydex is established. Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that country.

These terms may be updated at any time; the applicable version is the one online, whose date appears at the top of the page.
